Micro Brassicas, like Broccoli for example, contain high levels of Sulforaphane, which has positive effects on cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, gastric diseases, and is being researched for its effects on Autism.  It is produced when the enzyme myrosinase transforms glucoraphanin, a glucosinolate, into sulforaphane upon damage to the plant, such as from chewing, which allows the two compounds to mix and react. Young  broccoli and cauliflower microgreens are particularly rich in glucoraphanin.

Leafy Greens in general help to promote healthy blood clotting, lower cholesterol, good vision, higher energy levels, and healthier skin. 

Wheatgrass juice is an effective healer because it contains all minerals known to man, and vitamins A, B-complex, C, E, l and K. It is extremely rich in protein, and contains 17 amino acids, the building blocks of protein.
